Note that these records are based upon voluntary research of 50 years worth of data, most of which (prior to 2000) was incomplete and difficult to verify. We have certified these record times to the best of our ability, however, on rare occasions we come across older, faster times which, when verified, may supplant a particular record listed herein. We ask for your understanding that these records may have a small degree of uncertainty given the long history of the Sharks swim team, and may be adjusted should older data dictate.
